This work covers his travels between the built environments of Melbourne and Ballarat, and the natural world surrounding both. He carries his camera with him every day, capturing unexpected images from the walkways of life. This is Grimes’ first exhibition.

BIOGRAPHY
Peter Grimes is originally from the UK, and has called Melbourne home for the last 15 years, with family nearby in Ballarat. He initially found his passion for photography shooting film on his travels around the world, and is now shooting digital black and white urban and landscape around Melbourne and Victoria. Grimes is a member of the Fujixaus community.
